Base rates and deposits

A deposit of $300 will be required upon contact to secure your booking. The remaining payment will be required at least 30 days before the event. Minimum booking of one hour required.

If your destination is located further than the timed travel brackets below, let us know and we are able to give you a quote.

Deposits, rates and fees must be paid within the specified time frame. Late payments will incur a fee of $50 per day.

Excess Fees

Overtime is calculated at $100 per 15 minutes. For tips on how to avoid this, please see the 'FAQs' tab. If overtime does occur, the musicians will need to be paid in cash before leaving the premises.
